Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.

Warranty: 

We offer a 60 day warranty on all items from the date the item or items are received. This does NOT include damage that happens from things such as dropping or banging items, and we can tell when damage happens from this. Our warranty covers issues that may arise from everyday use such as minor chips in epoxy. For warranty claim inquires please contact us at abrosecollc@gmail.com with your order number, photos of item(s), and reason for the warranty claim. 

General Information:

All items are sealed with high quality FDA approved epoxy, the epoxy finish seals all glitter and designs in. Cups are NOT dishwasher safe once customized. Please do not leave any custom items including pens, badge reels, cups etc in extreme temperatures for extended periods of time.
